"Nocturnal Forest" is a collection of surface designs created with the home textiles industry in mind. This is a project for the university course Digital Textiles, and not associated with any particular brand or client.
Using brushstrokes, I created a series of abstract shapes and scanned them and created a library of visuals to create my prints.
I created 10 repeat patterns using the different visuals I had produced, either on their own, or layered atop one another. What follows is each design on separate pages, showcasing some colour variations for each.
